Evikon E2610-HFC Refrigerants Detector
Compact Indoor HFC and HFO Refrigerant Leak Detector for Cold Storage, Plant Rooms and Commercial Cooling Environments
The Evikon E2610-HFC is a compact, easy-to-install fixed refrigerant detector for indoor environments where HFC or HFO refrigerant leaks are possible. It uses a stable long-life metal-oxide semiconductor sensor sensitive to a wide range of refrigerant compounds, with built-in visual LED alarm, 85 dB audible buzzer, and two SPDT relay outputs for ventilation or remote alarm control. Designed for straightforward installation without the need for analog outputs or BMS integration, the E2610-HFC is the practical choice for smaller plant rooms, cold storage facilities, and commercial cooling environments.
Supplied by Indigi Power & Cooling across Australia.

E2610-HFC vs E2638-HFC: Which to Choose
Both the E2610-HFC and the E2638-HFC use the same metal-oxide sensor technology and cover the same range of HFC and HFO refrigerants. The right choice depends on your integration requirements.
The E2610-HFC is the better fit for standalone installations where a local alarm and relay output for ventilation control is all that is required. It installs quickly, operates on standard 24V or 230V power, and provides immediate audible and visual alarm without any additional hardware.
The E2638-HFC is the better fit when BMS or SCADA integration is needed. It adds dual 4-20 mA or 0-10 V analog outputs, RS485 Modbus RTU, IP65 protection, and user-settable alarm thresholds, making it the right choice for data centres, larger facilities, and any site where refrigerant levels need to be logged and managed through a building management system.
