Shipping and Delivery Policy

Indigi Power & Cooling — Shipping and Delivery Policy
Last updated: 18 April 2026

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST, excluding Queensland public holidays. Order processing times vary depending on product availability, stock location, and freight requirements. Indigi Power & Cooling does not guarantee same-day dispatch for any order. Estimated dispatch times are provided as a guide only and are not a contractual commitment.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided by Indigi Power & Cooling, whether on our website, in a quotation, in an order confirmation, or communicated verbally or in writing by our staff, are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and do not form part of any contract of sale.

Indigi Power & Cooling will not be held liable for any loss, damage, consequential loss, business interruption, loss of revenue, or any other loss arising directly or indirectly from late delivery, delayed dispatch, or failure to deliver within an estimated timeframe.

3. Freight Carriers and Third Parties

Indigi Power & Cooling uses third-party freight carriers and logistics providers to deliver orders. Once goods have been dispatched and transferred to the carrier, Indigi Power & Cooling has no control over the delivery process, including transit times, handling, storage, or delivery attempts.

Indigi Power & Cooling is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the freight carrier, courier, or logistics provider

  • Delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, road closures, or force majeure events

  • Delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, biosecurity holds, or border controls

  • Misdelivery, failed delivery attempts, or returns to sender by the carrier

  • Loss or theft of goods after handover to the carrier

  • Damage to goods caused by the carrier during transit

The customer assumes all risk of loss, damage, and delay once the goods are handed to the carrier. Title and risk in the goods passes to the customer at the point of dispatch from Indigi Power & Cooling's nominated dispatch location.

4. Freight Costs

Freight costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and freight class of the goods. Quoted freight costs are estimates only and may be subject to variation based on carrier rate changes, fuel surcharges, remote area levies, or other charges applied by the carrier. Any variation to freight costs will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch where practicable. Where freight costs are not included in a quotation, they are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at the time of order. Indigi Power & Cooling will not be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional freight charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address provided by the customer.

If a delivery is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for all re-delivery freight costs.

6. Receiving Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorised person is available to receive delivery during the agreed delivery window. For large or heavy items — including UPS systems, battery cabinets, and CRAC units — it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that appropriate equipment (including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, or lifting equipment) and personnel are available to safely receive and offload the goods. All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise agreed in writing. Indigi Power & Cooling and its carriers are not responsible for moving goods beyond the delivery vehicle or nominated drop-off point.

7. Inspection on Delivery

The customer must inspect all goods at the time of delivery before signing any delivery docket, consignment note, or proof of delivery document. By signing the carrier's delivery documentation without notation, the customer confirms that the goods were received in apparent good condition.

If goods appear damaged on delivery, the customer must:

  • Note the damage clearly on the carrier's delivery documentation before signing

  • Retain all original packaging

  • Photograph the damage immediately

  • Notify Indigi Power & Cooling in writing within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to follow this process may void any freight damage claim with the carrier. Indigi Power & Cooling will not be liable for damage claims where delivery documentation was signed without damage notation and notification was not provided within 24 hours.

8. Freight Damage Claims

All freight damage claims must be directed in the first instance to the freight carrier in accordance with the carrier's claims procedure. Indigi Power & Cooling will provide reasonable assistance in lodging a claim with the carrier where the customer has followed the inspection and notification process in clause 7. Indigi Power & Cooling does not accept liability for goods damaged in transit by a third-party carrier, and any compensation for freight damage is subject to the carrier's claims process and coverage limits.

9. Undeliverable Goods

If goods cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside Indigi Power & Cooling's control — including but not limited to incorrect delivery details, inaccessible premises, refusal of delivery, or failure by the customer to arrange offloading equipment — the goods may be returned to Indigi Power & Cooling's warehouse or held by the carrier at the customer's expense. Storage, handling, and re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

10. International and Remote Deliveries

For deliveries outside of metropolitan Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne — including regional Australia, remote sites, and international destinations including Papua New Guinea and the Pacific — delivery timeframes are indicative only and subject to carrier availability, customs processing, quarantine, and local logistics conditions. Indigi Power & Cooling accepts no liability for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery arising from international shipping, customs holds, import duties, or in-country logistics beyond Australia's borders. All import duties, customs fees, taxes, and quarantine charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Force Majeure

Indigi Power & Cooling will not be liable for any failure or delay in dispatch or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, floods, fires, pandemics, port closures, industrial action, government restrictions, civil unrest, or carrier network disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Indigi Power & Cooling's total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with the supply or delivery of goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question. Indigi Power & Cooling will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from any delay or failure in delivery.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
